Bentley race car ZF 8 speed LS3 V8!

We had this fantastic Bentley Continental race car in the Whifbitz workshop last week.

The owner of the car has just fitted a ZF 8HP70 8 speed gearbox to the car and needed us to set it up all up using the Turbolamik TCU. We also had to finish off some of the wiring for the TCU to receive the relevant signals from the engine ecu.

As you’ll see from the YouTube video the ZF 8 speed gearbox gives super fast shift speeds and at the fraction of the cost of a sequential race gearbox.
