Garage Whifbitz 2JZ stroker kit for the Toyota 2JZ engine, giving your 2JZ engine more power and torque across the rev range.

The Garage Whifbitz 2JZ stroker kit features our own Garage Whifbitz 94mm billet crankshaft which will take your engine to 3.4 litres using the 87mm bore pistons that are available with our kit:

Made from 4340 billet steel our cranks are rated to 1200BHP. Increasing the stroke of your 2JZ engine helps to produce more power and torque throughout the rev range. Our 2JZ 94mm billet steel stroker cranks are stress relieved, shot peened and nitrided (heat treatment). The counterweights are designed to reduced crankcase windage(drag) allowing less oil resistance.

We use the fantastic Manley range of stroker pistons, 9:1 compression ratio, available in 3 different versions, Platinum Series STD and Extreme Duty and Turbo Tuff:

Manley pistons are machined of high strength 2618 material. Each design is lightweight yet robust enough to deliver long service life. Offset wrist pin design is utilized for quiet start-ups. Perfect ring groove to skirt squareness is achieved through our unique “one fixturing” manufacturing method that assures maximum horsepower. All pistons come with moly coated skirts and will accommodate +1mm valve sizes. Round wire locks, premium chrome moly wrist pins, and premium steel top ring sets from Total Seal are included with every kit at no additional charge. 9310 alloy upgraded wrist pins are available. Simply order the EXTREME DUTY part number in the column below. These are equipped with 9310 pins. Recommended clearance: .0035″ measured 1.100″ down from the bottom of the oil ring groove. Turbo Tuff pistons have increased deck thickness, increased thickness below the pins and vertical gas ports for increased strength of the Platinum Series.

To complete our 2JZ stroker kit we use the Manley conrods, available in H-Beam, H-Tuff & H-Tuff Plus:

Manley “H” Beam connecting rods are manufactured from 4340 forgings to the same exacting standards developed and approved by our original equipment customers. There is a vast difference in quality between a Manley “H” Beam and the “other” inexpensive H-Beams on the market. Weight matched to +/- 1.5 grams. Perfectly round big and small ends. Bend and twist is tightly controlled. Cap fasteners are 3/8″ ARP 2000 for the “H” Beam and 3/8″ ARP Custom Age 625+ for the H-Tuff Plus.
