At Garage Whifbitz, we’ve been carrying out GR Yaris tuning conversions day in, day out for many years, continually refining our setup to deliver the best possible results. Through our extensive experience, we’ve developed a 380bhp tuning kit that offers the perfect blend of power, reliability, and value for money, using only high-quality components to get the very best from your GR Yaris.

This carefully selected combination of parts enables your GR Yaris to produce around 360–380bhp, when running on high-octane 99 RON fuel from premium suppliers such as Tesco Momentum, Esso, or Shell V-Power.

The kit consists of:

• Garage Whifbitz GR Yaris stainless steel exhaust (other brands available)
• Garage Whifbitz GR Yaris GPF delete pipe (other brands available)
• Optional Garage Whifbitz GR Yaris decat pipe (not included in the price)
• Eventuri Carbon Intake Kit (other brands available)
• Airtec Toyota GR Yaris Intercooler (other brands available)
• Kelford EZ camshafts or 267A cams depending if you’re planning on increasing the power further in the future
• Kelford valve springs
• Midland Turbo hybrid turbo
• Ecutek custom remap tuned on our dyno here or remotely if you want to fit the kit yourself

Below is an example dyno graph from one of our tuned GR Yaris builds, showing 319whp, which equates to approximately 380bhp at the flywheel. As you can see when compared to a standard factory car, there are significant gains in both power and torque, along with a much smoother and more responsive power delivery.

Please note – this particular car had a decat pipe fitted as well which is an optional extra part, without this fitted it will be limited to around 360bhp.

The dyno graph below shows a totally stock factory Gen 1 GR Yaris making 212whp which is 258bhp at the flywheel. For comparison a Gen 2 GR Yaris normally makes around 225whp which is 273bhp.

Please note that fitting is not included in the kit price. However, we offer a professional in-house installation and tuning service at our Garage Whifbitz workshop. Our experienced technicians use state-of-the-art dyno equipment and EcuTek software to ensure every setup is perfectly calibrated for your specific vehicle.
