GR Yaris Blow-Off Valve Upgrade – Turbosmart Plumb Back

We recently had a Toyota GR Yaris in the Whifbitz workshop for a blow-off valve change to better suit the customer’s preferences.

The vehicle was already fitted with a Turbosmart Dual Port blow-off valve, which offers a more aggressive audible release.

To achieve this, we replaced the Dual Port unit with a Turbosmart Plumb Back blow-off valve. This setup recirculates excess boost back into the intake system, maintaining smooth operation and reliability while significantly reducing noise.

The result is a refined solution that keeps performance intact but delivers a more subtle driving experience — ideal for daily use.
