Mazda RX-7 FD Dyno Session – 620BHP Rotary Power

We recently had this stunning Mazda RX-7 FD on our dyno, with the owner carrying out the tuning himself using our facilities.

The car is running a Garrett G35-1050 turbo on the legendary 13B-REW rotary engine, and produced an impressive 536whp, equating to approximately 620bhp at the crank.

The setup performed exactly as it should — strong, smooth power delivery with all the unmistakable sound and character you expect from a properly built rotary. It’s always great to see owners so hands-on with their builds, and even better when the results speak for themselves.
