Toyota Supra A90 – Now Tuned for Maximum Performance

At Garage Whifbitz, we recently had the pleasure of tuning this lovely Toyota GR Supras A90.

The Process: Bench Unlock + MHD Stage 1 Map

To begin tuning, we first had to bench unlock the ECU — a requirement for early model GR Supras before they can accept aftermarket flash tunes.

Once unlocked, we installed an MHD Stage 1 Off-The-Shelf (OTS) map.

What we did:

  • ECU bench unlock
  • Flash install of MHD Stage 1 OTS map
  • Dyno power run before and after

Results: 376bhp ➜ 440bhp

The transformation was immediate and impressive. Here are the numbers:

  • Stock power: 376 bhp
  • After tuning: 440 bhp

Dyno graph below shows the power at the rear wheels.

This upgrade brings the Supra to life, with a more aggressive throttle feel and sharper mid-range power — all while maintaining OEM-level drivability and reliability.
