Toyota Celica GT4 ST205 – Back on the Road After 6 Years
This Toyota Celica GT4 ST205 had been parked up for more than six years and needed a fair amount of attention before it could be driven again. The goal was to get it through an MOT and make it reliable for everyday use once more.
Work Carried Out
To bring the car back into good working order, we carried out the following jobs:
- Brake caliper rebuild with new pistons, discs, and pads
- Differential mounts replaced
- New brake hoses fitted
- Cambelt replaced for reliability
- Sports cat installed for MOT compliance
- Air conditioning pump replaced
- Fuel system refreshed with new fuel pump, pump hanger, and fuel lines
- ECU replaced a used one was sourced as the one fitted had errors
Ready to Drive Again
