Toyota GR Yaris EcuTek Remap & Upgrades – 267bhp to 322bhp | Garage Whifbitz

Another Toyota GR Yaris visited the Garage Whifbitz workshop recently for a selection of upgrades and ECU tuning.

This particular car already had a number of quality modifications fitted before arriving, including a Milltek exhaust system, Forge Motorsport intercooler and Eventuri intake kit, providing a solid base for further improvements.

🔧 Work Carried Out at Garage Whifbitz

We carried out the following upgrades and maintenance work:

  • Whifbitz mirror riser
  • Cusco tow eye
  • Airtec Motorsport torque mount
  • SRD baffled sump
  • Engine oil and filter service using Motul oil and genuine filter
  • EcuTek ECU remap

The additional hardware helps improve engine reliability and drivetrain control, while the EcuTek calibration optimises the engine to make the most of the existing modifications.

Power Results

Before tuning, the GR Yaris produced 267bhp.

After calibration using EcuTek, the car left making 322bhp, delivering a noticeable improvement in performance and response while maintaining a strong fast-road setup.
