Toyota GR Yaris engine issue fixed and remapped

Another Toyota GR Yaris in the Whifbitz workshop, this one came in with an engine issue, the customer reported a lack of power and the engine not sounding right. This was quickly fixed with a new set of HKS spark plugs and coil packs so we went on to remap it too, all explained in the video below.

Suspension

Nitron NTR R1 suspension, Nitron reinforced spring collars, Whiteline front and rear adjustable anti rollbars, Whiteline Toyota Front Control Arm – Caster Bushing – KCA511,

Spoon racing front and rear subframe collars imported from Japan, Cusco front strut brace

Transmission:

CAE Ultra shifter with red anodised shifter knob, Powerflex yellow transmission insert bushing

Engine:

Weldspeed Intake manifold, C-Tech Sprint dry carbon air intake and filter, HEL oil cooler kit, Wagner intercooler, Pumaspeed intercooler hard pipe kit, EcuTek remap (2 maps, rolling-anti lag and flat-foot shifting).

Exhaust:

SVM downpipe with 100 CEL sports cat, SVM resonated mid pipe, Cobra rear silencer –track friendly

Brakes:

Ferodo DS2500 front and rear pads, Titanium Brake pad shims

Interior:

Alcantara re-trimmed steering wheel with red stitching, Centre armrest, TRD GR air vent mounted cup holder imported from Japan

Exterior:

Cusco front tow eye, TOMS racing rear bumper vents painted gloss black, TOMS racing rear spoiler with the side veins removed, filled and painted gloss black, Maxton Side skirts and rear diffuser, Official TRD Yaris GR Front splitter, Toyota LED complete front fog light units imported from Japan, Full front end PPF and ceramic coating by Super car paint protection
