BMW M3 F80 In For Differential Repairs and Upgrades at Whifbitz

The M3 came in with a differential oil leak, a common issue that, if left unattended, can lead to more serious mechanical problems. While we had the differential open, we replaced the diff seals to resolve the leak and prevent future issues.

Upgraded Powerflex Poly Bush Kit Installation

While working on the diff, we took the opportunity to upgrade the differential mount bush. The original setup uses a single bush, but we replaced it with a Powerflex polyurethane bush kit that utilizes two bushes.

ABS Sensor Replacement

The car was also throwing a fault code related to the ABS & E-diff system. Upon inspection, we found that a faulty ABS sensor was to blame. We replaced it with a new sensor, resolving the issue and ensuring the vehicle’s electronics and safety systems are back in full working order.

Ready to Hit the Road

With the differential leak fixed, upgraded bushes installed, and ABS system sorted, this M3 F80 is now back on the road.
