BMW M4 convertible mods & maintenence

We had this lovely BMW M4 convertible in the Whifbitz workshop recently for an Insane Performance crank hub. This is a highly recommended modification to the BMW S55 engine, if you don’t do this mod you could end up with a much bigger bill, just google BMW crank hub and it will come up with loads of info on it.

Whilst the BMW M4 was here we noticed the turbos were leaking oil, this is the other issue the BMW S55 engine suffers with, its very rare for them not to be leaking put it that way, so we installed a rebuilt set of turbos along with new gaskets and seals.
